Deliveries

Delivery on your items will be in the form of regular, 2nd Class service via Royal Mail for the UK Mainland only with proof of postage and will arrive as advertised on the Royal Mail website.  *Larger orders could incur courier costs – please contact us for details ahead of purchases.

Should you wish to inquire about deliveries to your region outside of the UK Mainland, delivery to Oversea’s regions OR next day delivery – please contact us prior to placing your order. *Your items will not be shipped without payment of shipping outside the UK Mailand.

Purchases will be posted out the following working day where possible. If an item is out of stock we aim to have it replenished within 19 working days.

We do not accept any liability for late arrival of your order, this lies with the courier.

Please allow extra time for deliveries over UK bank Holidays and festive periods.

& Returns

When returning any product that is agreed as faulty, return standard 2nd  Class Royal Mail postage may be refunded.

Please contact us to discuss any product failure within 5 working days.  If agreed as Faulty, the item must be returned in its original state and Eco bag where possible.

Items returned for exchange will be at the customers expense.
